We’re a little late in posting it here, but we’d like to wish all students, parents and staff a great summer vacation! Despite current events, we hope that you all can enjoy the summer in some form.
Dates for student registration for the 2020-2021 school year will be posted as soon as we have them. We will also work to update the website with the 2020-2021 school year information, such as the school year calendar and the finals schedules.
If you have belongings at your student’s school that is in their locker, gym locker, or in a classroom, please come to the school’s front office between 10am and 3pm this Friday, or any day June 8th-12th. We will be allowing students or their parents to enter schools via their main office doors, pick up belongings, and exit via each school’s dismissal doors. Please respect social distancing rules if we require waiting in line. If there are any belongings left behind over the summer, we will do our best to contact parents’ to come pick them up. If we cannot identify who the items belong to, they will be left out at the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year in each school’s lobby, then donated if they are not taken.
We are asking all students, if they have not already, to return their laptops during the collection timelines above. It is required to allow for the devices to be reset and upgraded over the summer. If you cannot make the collection times listed above, please contact your school’s front office to arrange alternate drop off.
Seniors should have received information about the 2020 graduation via student email, and parents of students in the Class of 2020 should have received the information to your personal email and via auto-call. We are proceeding with graduation on June 7th in accordance with the county health department’s modified plans. A limited amount of guests will be allowed per student (the typical cap is 2, but the health department allows some flexibility depending on individual situations), and each guest must have a ticket. If you do not have tickets for each guest, please call the high school front office as soon as possible. They will assist in getting tickets to you via email or pickup.
